Level 2 Award in Food Safety Refresher (Catering, Manufacturing or Retail)
Course description The Level 2 Refresher is a course accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). It is designed for those who have successfully completed the full Basic course and who now need to receive refresher training. The CIEH recommends that refresher training should be given at least every 3 years. Summary of course syllabus The course typically takes place over half a day and concludes with a multiple-choice examination. This may be written or conducted orally. - General introduction
