Principles of COSHH Certificate
Course description This course has been developed by Isbourne Environmental Ltd which is a registered training centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) to deliver courses at levels 1, 2 & 3. It is designed to introduce delegates to the requirements of the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and to the principles of risk assessment so far as it relates to COSHH. The course is aimed at all levels of staff who are responsible for designing, implementing and following COSHH procedures. Delegates will be issued with certificates of attendance. Summary of course syllabus The course takes place over a single day and includes some group work in which delegates will be given the opportunity to carry out their own assessments.

- Demonstrate basic knowledge on the control of a range of harmful substances commonly used in industry
